Obsidian, the first glass produced by Mother Nature, is a volcanic glass formed when the hot volcanic lava is rapidly cooled down. Glass itself is one of the fruits of the art of fire and is a fusion of the Earth’s rocks. It is not classified as a solid, liquid or gas. When cooled down, glass forms an “Amorphous solid” that allows molecules within the glass to continue moving around and the magic of glass exactly begins here.
